Recently we treated two patients with Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS) guided Angioplasty. Both of them were high risk patients as they had multiple co-morbidities, multi-vessel disease & previous stent implantation. Good end results were obtained in both cases and they are now angina free. Sharing with you some of the details of the cases.
हाल ही में हमने इंट्रावास्कुलर अल्ट्रासाउंड (IVUS) निर्देशित एंजियोप्लास्टी के साथ दो मरीजों का इलाज किया। वे दोनों उच्च जोखिम वाले रोगी थे क्योंकि उन्हें कई सह-रुग्णताएं, बहु-पोत रोग और पिछले स्टेंट प्रत्यारोपण थे। दोनों ही मामलों में अच्छे अंतिम परिणाम प्राप्त हुए और अब वे एनजाइना मुक्त हैं।
