- **Breakfast**
**Besan Chilla** with a mix of vegetables (onion, tomato, spinach) + 1 tbsp flaxseeds.
1 cup of **green tea** or **herbal tea** (without sugar).

- **Mid-Morning Snack **
1 small bowl of **fresh fruits** (papaya, apple, or pear) + 5 soaked almonds and 1 walnut.

- **Lunch**
1 bowl of **millet (bajra/jowar) roti** + **vegetable sabzi** (such as mixed vegetables, spinach, or bottle gourd) + 1 bowl of **curd** (probiotic-rich) + 1 bowl of **dal** (moong or masoor dal).

- **Evening Snack **
1 small bowl of **sprout salad** (moong dal sprouts with cucumber, tomato, lemon, and spices) or **roasted makhana**

- **Dinner **
