के.पी. इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मेडिकल साइंसेज में आज सभी स्टाफ सदस्यों के लिए कम्युनिकेशन टेक्नीक्स पर एक विशेष प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया।
इस प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य अस्पताल में आने वाले मरीजों एवं उनके परिजनों को दी जाने वाली स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को और अधिक सुचारु, सरल तथा प्रभावी ढंग से संप्रेषित करना था, ताकि इलाज के दौरान उन्हें किसी प्रकार की असुविधा का सामना न करना पड़े।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान स्टाफ सदस्यों को मरीजों से संवाद स्थापित करने के बेहतर तरीकों, सहानुभूतिपूर्ण व्यवहार और संचार कौशल की बारीकियों से अवगत कराया गया। विशेष रूप से, सीईओ कुणाल सिंघल ने स्टाफ के साथ डमी प्रैक्टिस करवाई, जिससे उन्हें व्यवहारिक रूप से सीखने का अवसर मिला।

इस अवसर पर संस्थान के सीईओ कुनाल सिंघल, मेडिकल सुपरिटेंडेंट - डॉ अरुण कुलश्रेष्ठ ,हैड –एचआर शीतल शर्मा, हेड ऑफ ऑपरेशन्स शादाब आलम, एवं नर्सिंग सुप्रीटेंडेंट मैरी आजू विशेष रूप से उपस्थित रहे।
