In the meanwhile- correct your lifestyle:
1. Improve mobility - stretch and walk.
2. Quit Smoking, Alcohol, To***co and Pan Masala in toto.
3. Take your medicines - Hypertension and Diabetes Medications specially on time- keep your blood pressure and diabetes under control.
4. Avoid Pollution.
5. Avoid Stress.
6. Eat Healthy- Avoid fat- like Ghee, Refined Oil, Puri, Paratha, Mangodi, Kachodi. Say no to deep fried food. Stop putting extra ghee on Rotis. Dont put added salt in food from above.
7. Get your lipid profile checked - the values for LDL have changed a lot, most pathology, Biochemistry centres are still not updated with the changed cut off values- check with a cardiologist, physician for the same.
8. Get a baseline ECG, ECHO, TMT, and basic blood tests for risk stratification.
