Ge***al tuberculosis haunts us gynaecologist,,,its a challenge when comes to conception and pregnancy ,,, actually its a real ghost ,,kab aur kaha se aa jati he ,patient ko pata bh nahi chalta aur phir dikhti bh nahi (mostly asymptomatic),,only gynaecologist can see signs(only Tantrik can see ghost😜),,,so its more challenging to counsel patient and explain this reason for infertility (unfortunately it is common also in our country ),,,,
This patient with history of ge***al tuberculosis conceived in 2 nd attempt of IVF,,,hope to see her taking baby home in 2026🤞🏻😊
