हमारे पास फुल टर्म प्रेग्नेंसी वाले दो मरीज थे। उन दोनों में, अल्ट्रासाउंड - भ्रूण में गर्दन के चारों ओर रस्सी के एक लूप का सूचक था। आम तौर पर, इन रोगियों को वैकल्पिक सिजेरियन सेक्शन की सलाह दी जाती है, लेकिन भ्रूण के दिल और प्रसव की प्रगति की बारीकी से निगरानी करके हम प्रसव पीड़ा का परीक्षण कर सकते हैं। हमने ऐसा ही किया और अपने अस्पताल में दोनों रोगियों की सफलतापूर्वक नार्मल डिलीवरी करी। दोनों रोगियों में मां और बच्चा ठीक थे और उन्हें सफलतापूर्वक छुट्टी दे दी गई।

We had two patients with full term pregnancy. In both of them, Ultrasound was suggestive of one loop of cord around neck in the foetus. Generally, these patients are advised for elective Caesarean section, but with close monitoring of fetal heart and progress of labour we can give a trial of labour. We did the same & successfully did a nornal delivery of both patients at our hospital. Mother & Baby were fine in both the patients & were successfully discharged.
