A big shout out to all those struggling with Bronchitis, Asthma and other breathing issues..
1. Have दालचीनी(cinnamon) and honey daily.
2. Have jaggery daily.
3.Have fresh coconut (20-30 gms) daily.
Give it to your children and elders in the family on daily basis !
If you add all the above to your daily routine, you will not have to worry about the Air quality index and pollution.
