27 year old male patient,
With history of Road Traffic Accident on 9/12/2023

Patient had comminuted ABC fracture,

Patient came to us after 5 days of injury with hip society screw inserted elsewhere .

We operate upon 7 days of injury. And it's difficult at this time .

We plan to fix from Iliofemoral approch, and got the congruent Hip joint. With normal pot op neuro vascular status.

59 year old male patient, history of fall from height ,

Patient had right side complex Acetabulum fracture , resulting in protrusion of Head of femur.

Pt came to us .
We did the judet views and Ct scan.
Shows comminuted Acetabulum T type fracture.

On the 6th day of injury, we operated the patient with dual aproches in single sitting.

First, anterior column was exposed through Stoppa and fixed.
Then pt turned in lateral position and posterior column exposed and fixed through the K-L aproch.

Post operatively patient was pain free and normal distal neurovascular status.

We started the bed side knee bending on the 2nd postoperative day,just after the removal of drains.
