I am NOT okay but I am OkAY with that

We are often advised to stay positive, hopeful, happy etc.

But does it really help or it puts more pressure of not to be okay with being low, making a mistake, not doing anything, etc.

We are humans and we do have capacity to feel more than just one emotion. So how are we supposed to be always positive and happy.

Is ending a life an end to all tensions and worries? May be yes, but only for the person who does it, what about the family, friends, near and dear ones? Can someone replace you in their life? No, Never! You are certainly an irreplaceable human being on this planet.
When we are stressed, life is upside down, everything seems going against us, we may get thoughts like 'life is worthless, I cannot handle this, it's better to quit' but try to think at least one of your strengths one person whom you love the most, one of your most aspired dreams, one of the happy moments in life. And think, if ending a life is a real solution?
