I am NOT okay but I am OkAY with that
We are often advised to stay positive, hopeful, happy etc.
But does it really help or it puts more pressure of not to be okay with being low, making a mistake, not doing anything, etc.
We are humans and we do have capacity to feel more than just one emotion. So how are we supposed to be always positive and happy.
