Psychology has always been my passion, rooted in a genuine desire to understand people and support them through life’s challenges. With over eight years of experience in the mental health field, I strongly believe that with the right guidance, empathy, and unconditional support, individuals can create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.👍
Through my journey as a therapist, I have learned that therapy is a shared process of growth. While clients work toward healing and self-understanding, therapists also learn, reflect, and evolve alongside them. Working with diverse clients has helped me become more mindful, resilient, patient, and deeply grateful—both personally and professionally. 🍁
In my practice, I follow an eclectic therapeutic approach, combining Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centred therapy, and positive psychology interventions. This allows therapy to be flexible and tailored to your unique needs, concerns, and goals. I am also trained in Bach Flower Remedies, which can support psychological, emotional, and certain physiological concerns as part of a holistic approach to well-being.😊
