Symptoms of a weak heart ⤵️
1️⃣ Tachycardia
This is the clearest symptom to notice. Measure your pulse, and if your resting heart rate is 90 or more, you are approaching this point.
2️⃣ Swelling of the legs
In the beginning, they become noticeable on the feet. As they develop, they also appear on the shins.
3️⃣ Shortness of breath
If you're just walking, or doing ordinary things, and you're getting shortness of breath, there's something wrong.
