Treated Left ICA Large wide neck aneurysm in 42/f. Flow diverter stents have revolutionised brain aneurysm treatment in recent years. No need to do open surgery. Just put one stent (flow diverter) and aneurysm is taken cared of reaching 96% cure rates.
Satisfactory contrast stasis at the end of procedure in aneurysm is overwhelming.

A 56 y/f had h/o SAH 2 months back. She was diagnosed with Left ICA supraclinoid aneurysm.
Endovascular flow diverter placement done here. She is discharged post procedure day 2 with out new neurological deficits.

A 56 y/m male with h/o stroke 3 months back and recurrent TIA s diagnosed with Right ICA stenosis.
INTRACRANIAL STENT placement under elective setting here is of great help. Sharing such case here. Balloon angioplasty and intracranial stenting done under local anaesthesia.
This gentleman discharged on day 2 post procedure. Happy to help…

A 38 year lady with sudden onset paraplegia diagnosed with type 1 d AVF at L4 level. Simple glue embolization did well here. She is on recovery mode.
