INTRACRANIAL STENT placement under elective setting here is of great help. Sharing such case here. Balloon angioplasty and intracranial stenting done under local anaesthesia.

A 38 year lady with sudden onset paraplegia diagnosed with type 1 d AVF at L4 level. Simple glue embolization did well here. She is on recovery mode.
Endovascular targeting through embolization is great help here for this kind of lesions.
