પ્રેગ્નેન્સીના નવમાં મહિનામાં સાવચેતી સૌથી વધુ જરૂરી હોય છે.

આ સમયગાળામાં થતી નાની ભૂલ પણ માતા અને બાળક બંને માટે જોખમી બની શકે છે.
🚫 નવમાં મહિનામાં આ ભૂલો ક્યારેય ન કરો:
• બાળકની હિલચાલને અવગણશો નહીં
• પાણી વહેવું કે બ્લીડિંગને નોર્મલ ન માનશો
• લાંબી મુસાફરી ટાળો
• કોઈપણ દવા પોતાની રીતે ન લો
• ઘરમાં લાંબા સમય સુધી એકલા ન રહો
• લાંબા સમય સુધી ઊભા ન રહો
• બાથરૂમનો દરવાજો અંદરથી બંધ ન કરો
• નોર્મલ ડિલિવરીની આશામાં ખોટી કસરતો ન કરો

Back pain after pregnancy is very common, but understanding the reason is important.

During pregnancy, weight gain and changes in body balance put extra strain on the back muscles.

After delivery
Sudden weight changes,
Improper posture while lifting the baby,
Incorrect sitting positions during breastfeeding,
weakened pelvic and abdominal muscles can all contribute to post-pregnancy back pain.

Maintaining the right posture, doing gentle exercises, and seeking timely medical advice can significantly reduce discomfort. If the pain persists, it should not be ignored.
