होली के लिए स्किन केर टिप्स

रंगों का त्योहार होली आने में कुछ ही समय क्लीनिक बाकी है। होली खेलने में जितना मजा आता है उससे ज्यादा परेशानी आती है इसके कलर्स के साइड इफेक्ट्स से निपटने में। अगर आपकी स्किन सेंसिटिव है तो समस्या और बढ़ सकती है। भले ही आप हर्बल कलर्स यूज कर रहे हैं लेकिन काफी देर तक धूप में रहने से भी स्किन खराब हो सकती है। ऐसे में यहां हैं कुछ टिप्स जिनसे आप होली पर अपनी स्किन को प्रॉटेक्ट कर सकते हैं।

-रंगों से बचने का सबसे बढ़िया तरीका है, आप स्किन को ज्यादा से ज्यादा कवर कर लें। फुल स्लीव्स के कपड़े और ट्राउजर्स पहनें। इसके अलावा आप रंग खेलने से पहले वैसलीन, सरसों का तेल या नारियल का तेल लगा लें इससे कलर आसानी से छूट जाएगा।

-हर्बल और नैचरल कलर्स जैसे हल्दी, नीम की पत्ती, हिना, गेंदे के फूल होली खेलने के लिए बढ़िया ऑप्शंस हो सकते हैं। यह आपकी त्वचा को नुकसान भी नहीं पहुंचाएंगे और इन्हें छुड़ाना भी आसान होता है।

-होली खेलने से पहले अच्छी तरह पानी पी लें क्योंकि केमिकल के इस्तेमाल से स्किन डिहाइड्रेटेड हो जाती है। इसके अलावा आप धूप में बाहर काफी लंबे वक्त तक बिना पानी के रहेंगे, यह भी नुकसानदायक हो सकता है।

-होली खेलने के लिए निकलने से पहले स्किन पर टोनर का इस्तेमाल करें। टोनर आपके स्किन पोर्स को बंद करता है जिससे रंग त्वचा के अंदर कम पहुंचता है और आपकी स्किन का बचाव होता है।

-गुलाल को हटाने का बढ़िया तरीका है कि आप इसे सूखे कपड़े या हाथों से हटा लें। पानी से छुड़ाने पर यह स्किन पर और फैलता है।

-नाखूनों को बचाने के लिए आप इन पर ट्रांसपैरंट नेल पॉलिश लगा सकते हैं।

-रंग छुड़ाते वक्त स्किन को रगड़ें नहीं। साबुन के बजाए फेशल क्लींजर का इस्तेमाल करें।

-अगर रंग छुड़ाने के बाद आपकी स्किन पर जलन हो रही हो तो उस जगह को ठंडे पानी से धोएं और इस पर कैलामाइन लोशन लगाकर अच्छा मॉइश्चराइजर लगाएं।

-इसके अलावा सनस्क्रीन और मॉइश्चराइजर की थिक लेयर अप्लाई करना न भूलें।
