High-Protein Gulkand Kalakand 🌸
It’s indulgent, but still fits your goals — one bite and you’ll know it’s worth it .

Recipe 👇
In a nonstick pan, combine:
• 500g grated paneer
• 2 glasses milk
• 1.5 tbsp condensed milk
Cook on medium till thick.

🌸 Add 1 tbsp gulkand, stir till the mix leaves the sides of the pan.
Spread on a greased tray, cool, cut into squares, garnish with rose petals + pistachios.
