we have started a way of communicating about how it is not right to ignore symptoms and just end up having surgery. Please consult your doctor and ask them the cause of your symptom if you are advised surgery without any explanation about the cause. let yourself be investigated thoroughly. Basic investigations like clinical examination after proper history taking, cervical smear etc are definitely required. based on these you may be advised to undergo D&C. also furhther reports like Ct Scan , MRI may be required to properly diagnoseyour condition.From next communication we will start discussing each symptom

robotic surgery is the best method available for surgery of early cases of cervical and endometrial cancer. recovery is so quick that the patient requires less then 48 hours of hospitalisation and can get back to work in one week's time. robotic hysterctomy can also be done for non cancer causes like excessive bleeding or fibroids

rule of 80 in OVARIAN CANCER and what can we do to break it
80% of ovarian cancer come to us in stage 3 , --80% are succecfully treated with chemotherapy and surgery initially but 80% will have relapse of cancer in 2 years.
we can now do ultraradical ovarian surgery which removes all visible disease from the abdominal cavity and HIPEC -heated chemotherapy in higher concentration rotated in the open abdomen at the end of the surgery with a special machine -PERFORMER _HT ,which gives very good improvement and decreases relapse to a large extent.
