Diet plan for PCOS and PCOD to Lose 10 kg in 2026
January Fat-Loss Reset (Dietician Approved)

✨Early Morning (6–7 am):
Cinnamon + ginger water
+
Soaked almonds (5)+ walnuts(2)

✨Breakfast (8–9 am):
Choose ONE:
1.Vegetable omelette / (2 eggs 🥚 omelette ) + 1 multigrain toast
2.Moong dal chilla (2) + curd
3.Oats porridge with seeds (no sugar)
4.Paneer bhurji + 1 small roti/Multigrain bread
👉 Add vegetables generously

✨Mid-Morning (11–12 pm):
1 low-GI fruit: apple / pear / berries / guava / papaya
OR coconut water (unsweetened)

✨Lunch (1–2 pm):
½ plate vegetables (sabzi/salad – cooked preferred)
¼ plate protein: dal / paneer / curd / tofu / chana
¼ plate carbs: 1 multigrain roti OR ½ cup brown rice
1 tsp ghee or oil

✨Evening Snack (4:30–5:30 pm):
Roasted chana / makhana
Green tea / spearmint tea
Fruit + handful seeds
🚫 Avoid biscuits, namkeen, fried snacks

✨Dinner (7–8 pm) – Light & Protein-Rich:
Veg soup + paneer/tofu
Stir-fried veggies + dal
Egg bhurji + sautéed vegetables
❌ Avoid rice/roti at night if possible

✨Bedtime (optional):
Haldi milk (low-fat)
Chamomile tea

8:00-9:00 AM — High-Protein Breakfast

Pick ONE:
• ��Paneer veggie bhurji
• ��Poha + peanuts + curd
• ��2 boiled eggs + veggies
• ��Dalia upma
Rule: 20-25g protein. No sugary chai/coffee.

11:00 AM - Mid-Morning

• 1 fruit
• ��OR sprouts chaat
• ��OR buttermilk
Skip if not hungry.

1:00-2:00 PM - Balanced Lunch
