When you feel like you're not getting ahead in your ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ญ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ฃ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐ž๐ฒ, you maybe start overthinking and you get overwhelmed by your own thoughts, ask yourself what is the next smallest step I can take.

- Is it to just get back to the routine after one unusual episode of binge eating?
Or
- Is it to get back on track after a week of break-in workouts?

- is it to start stretching and light movements in order to return from injury?

Sometimes you just take the smallest step possible and repeat it over and over again to make it big.

Along with carbohydrates and protein, fat is an important macronutrient that plays an essential role in many aspects of human health such as providing sustained source of energy, absorption of fat soluble vitamins, providing protective structure to the body etc.

๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—ณ๐—ฎ๐˜๐˜€ are mainly found in animal products and tropical oils. These include:

- Milk
- Cheese
- Butter
- Meats such as Pork, Beef, Lamb, and Poultry
- Coconut and Palm Oil
