From the moment surgery was over to every dressing change, this child has faced it all with such courage, grace, and resilience. It’s not easy dealing with pain, discomfort, and the challenge of healing—but he has handled every step like a true champion.

Despite the ups and downs, he has been so patient and determined, following all the doctor’s advice and staying positive through it all. 🙌 Their strength is nothing short of inspiring, and we couldn’t be prouder of how far they’ve come!

External Auditory Canal Cholesteatoma is a rare ENT disease entity with incidence of only 0.3 per year per 100000 population, it is sometimes a diagnostic challenge and if not detected on time may lead to extensive bone erosion, facial nerve palsy and involvement of middle ear causing hearing loss- Surgical treatment provides best results.Here we have treated the patient surgical, post operatively patient is symptomfree.

Intraoral removal of submandibular stone with minimal access incision. 30 Y/ Male patient with recurrent neck swelling,fever and pain since 1 year presented to us- Initial examination suggested 5-6mm size stone in submandibular duct with palpation possible with difficulty. His stone was removed intraorally and patient is now symptom free from post op day 2 without external incision.

Bacterial biofilms within adenoids may explain the chronicity and recurrent nature of some forms of URI because sessile bacteria within biofilms are resistant to host defenses and antibiotics
the biofilm on the adenoid surface act as a resrvoir of microorganisms.
adenoidectomy is an effective treatment in children with recurrent upper airway infections.
