35 વર્ષથી migraine…
દવા લીધા વગર ચાલે નહીં
પહેલાં painkiller,
પછી injection…
પણ દવા બંધ થાય એટલે દુખાવો પાછો
Migraine ફક્ત માથાનો દુખાવો નથી
ઘણી વાર પાચન કમજોર થવાથી, stress અને ઊંઘ બગડવાથી,અને Vata–Pitta imbalance થી migraine થાય છે.
Migraine હોય તો એક પ્રશ્ન પૂછો—
આ ફરી ફરી કેમ થાય છે?
Pain દબાવવાથી રાહત મળે છે, solution નહીં.
Migraine માં કારણ સમજવું સૌથી જરૂરી છે.
