Chief Complaint:
Patient reported with pain and mild swelling in the lower left posterior region for the past few weeks.

Clinical Examination:
On intraoral examination, tenderness was noted in relation to teeth 34 and 35 with localized hard swelling. No mobility or pus discharge was observed.

Radiographic Findings:
Periapical radiograph revealed a well-circumscribed radiopaque lesion surrounded by a thin radiolucent border in relation to 34–35 region, suggestive of a cementoma (early-stage cemento-osseous lesion).

Provisional Diagnosis:
Early-stage Cementoma (Benign Cemento-Osseous Dysplasia) involving 34–35 region.

Treatment Plan:
• Excisional removal of the lesion under local anesthesia.
• Specimen sent for histopathological examination to confirm diagnosis.
• Post-operative follow-up and radiographic evaluation.

Procedure Performed:
Complete excision of the cementoma was carried out successfully. The lesion was removed in toto and sent to the pathology laboratory for further histological evaluation.

Histopathological Report:
Confirmed complete excision of cementoma with no residual pathology. No evidence of tumor formation or malignancy observed.

Final Diagnosis:
Early-stage Cementoma (completely excised).

Outcome:
The patient responded well to treatment with complete resolution of symptoms.
