Continuing to work towards making Marengo Asia CIMS Hospital Ahmedabad a Thoracic Oncosurgery centre of Excellence
Yesterday We again operated upon a case of GE junction Cancer esophagus after neoadjuvant chemotherapy
It was a complex case with a very bulky disease as evident in the scans.
Required a lot of dissection around hiatus and above aorta.
We were able to do a laparoscopic Ivor Lewis esophagectomy with a 2F node dissection.
