Patient testimony after sacroiliac joint injection.
This patient had complaints like back pain and leg pain , symptoms confusing with radiculopathy and it was referred me for epidural injection. But on examination, I found that patient had more signs of sacroiliac joint dysfunction and not radiculopathy. So I had given sacroiliac joint injection and on table patient could sit cross legged (which was not possible before the procedure) , and pain was totally gone.
On follow up, she is pain free.
It’s a day care procedure.
Visit a pain physician for diagnosis and treatment of any chronic pain.

That’s why diagnosis of pain generator is most important in pain medicine.

74 વષૅના આ કાકા 6 મહિના પહેલા મારી ઓપીડી મા બતાડવા આવેલ. લાંબા સમય સુધી બીડી પીવાથી પગમા ખૂબ બળતરા, દુખાવો અને અંગુઠો કાળો પડી ગયેલો હતો. નસના ડોક્ટરે પગ મા લોહી ન પહોંચવાના લીધે ઘૂંટણની ઉપરથી પગ કાપવાની સલાહ આપી હતી પણ છેલ્લા ઉપાય તરીકે કાકા ને ઈન્જેક્શન માટે મોકલ્યા.
કાકા ને લોકલ એનેસથેસિયા મા ઈન્જેક્શન કમર ની નસમા આપવામા આવ્યુ.. 6 મહિના પછી આવ્યા ત્યારે અંગુઠો સારો થઇ ગયો છે, દુખાવો નથી અને પગ કપાવવાની જરૂર પડી નથી.

If pain comes back, we can go for Radiofrequency ablation of nerves for long term relief. But diagnosis of pain generator is the most important thing in chronic pain management.

Minimally invasive pain intervention for meralgia parasthetica.. ultrasound guided lateral femoral cutaneous nerve block. Patient confirms parasthesia and you can see beautiful round LFCN at the end of procedure.

Meralgia parasthetica is a condition where LFCN is compressed by fat, tight clothings or belt. Patient may have pain, tingling, numbness or burning over front and sides of thigh.

This is a day care procedure which gives instant and long term relief. This procedure was done before 4 months and patient is pain free since then.

In Trigeminal neuralgia- also known as suicidal disease patient has attacks of shock like severe shooting pain on one side of face with pain free period in between. It can be aggravated by touch, splash of water or even air. This debilitating condition can be treated by radiofrequency ablation of gasserian ganglion without any surgery or added risks. This technique generally gives very satisfactory results for long time.

Ganglion impar injection for coccydynia done one year back and patient is doing well till now..

Coccydynia is a condition where patient has chronic tail bone pain while prolonged sitting or doing any movements involving coccyx. It’s very debilitating condition and just a simple injection can get it treated.
