RIRS: Retrograde intrarenal surgery
દૂરબીન વડે કીડની અને પેશાબ ની નડી ની પથરી નુ ચેકા વગર લેસર વડે સારવાર.

૧.૫ સે.મી. મોટી કીડની ની પથરી નું RIRS ઓપરેશન. આ ઓપરેશન બાદ, દરદી ને બીજા જ દિવસે રજા આપવા મા આવે છે. ને ઓપરેશન બાદ બહુ આરામ ની પણ જરુર હોતી નથી.

3years old boy presented with difficulty in passing urine on evaluation found to have prostatic urethral stone of 1.2cm. Cystolitholapaxy done for the same. He was discharged on very next day.

65years old hypertensive patient presented with Acute urinary retention. On evaluation he found to have multiple large urinary bladder stones with bilateral hydro uretero-nephrosis. He also have Global LV hypokinesia with EF 15%. After explaining all risk for surgery percutaneous cystolithotripsy(PCCL) + TURP was done. Post op period was uneventful. Thanks to Jivraj hospital ICU and cardiac team for pre-op and post op management. Special thanks for Jivraj Mehta hospital anaesthetic team for excellent intra operative management.

42 વરસ નો પુરુષ પેશાબ માં બળતરા તથા ઓછો પેશાબ ઉતારવાની સમસ્યા સાથે હોસ્પિટલ આવેલ, તપાસ કરતા માલુમ પડી કે દર્દી ને ફક્ત એક જ કિડની કામ કરે છે (creatinine:5.35) અને પેશાબ ની થેલી માં ૭.૫cm*૬cm પથરી છે, ઓપરેશન થી આખી પથરી નો નિકાલ કરી દર્દી ને બીજા જ દિવસે હોસ્પિલમાંથી રજા આપવામાં આવી હતી.
