55 year old diabetic patient with mild kyphosis , bilateral hip replacement, and chronic pyuria presented to Dr Abhishek J Savalia at Savalia Multispeciality Hospital's Urology Department.

He Was found to have a large 30 mm kidney stone stuck in the ureter (tube which drains urine from kidney).

After controlling pyuria ( pus in urine) by stenting and iv antibiotics, he underwent PUSHBACK PCNL successfully at Savalia hospital, by Dr Abhishek Savalia.

Through a 1 cm cut, the stone was successfully removed in 2.5 hours and patient is well post operatively.

No stitch required.
