A 70 year old man with skin infection on abdomen and recent major illness causing anorexia and severe weakness, presented at Savalia Multispeciality Hospital's Urology Department headed by Dr Abhishek J Savalia.
Due to patient's peculiar condition, on table decision was taken to remove stones endoscopically through the p***s without a single incision , so as to avoid post op morbidity.
Surgery was over in less than 50 minutes.
Post operatively patient was discharged in just 1 day and due to no incision he recovered within a week.
No urethral stricture occurred post operatively as due precautions were taken by the Urology team.
