Presenting a VERY RARE CASE OF LOWER THIRD VAGINAL APLASIA !!!!!
A 13 years old girl came with Cyclical SEVERE lower abdominal pain and Primary Amenorrhea ( bleeding not coming out through va**na during me**es time) , USG and MRI done to confirm diagnosis and operated for her relief of symptoms and to get utero-va**nal patency !!
Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy guidance helps a lot for this kind of surgery for safety.

Sharing a recent case of Obstetric Emergency well-managed in time !!!
A case of second delivery with previous normal delivery, Full-term pregnancy, average baby weight of about 2.5kg - progressing for normal delivery -----
But the unfavorable findings - 1. Baby's back on right side. 2. Labor progress slower than usual ...... and the patient's strong willingness for normal delivery....
At last with preparedness of availability of doctors, on full dilatation- as the Baby's head got stuck , medically known as Deep Transverse Arrest (DTA) , immediate C-section done and 2.7kg Healthy Baby girl born.
Outcome - Happy & healthy Mother & Baby , happy us 😇😇
