You may look lean or muscular

Can run, lift, train well
But still may have poor sleep, stress, hormonal issues, deficiencies

Healthy ❤️

Refers to overall well-being

Good metabolic health (sugars, BP, cholesterol)

Balanced hormones, good digestion, immunity, mental health

Sustainable lifestyle and recovery
May not look gym fit but body functions optimally

Simple example

A crash-dieting, overtraining person → Fit but not healthy

A person with normal weight, good labs, energy → Healthy but not very fit

Best goal:
Healthy first, fit next and keep both sustainable
