The Day Before: Finish dinner by 8 PM to avoid acidity & bloating.
Prep your Sargi in advance for a stress-free morning!
Sargi (Pre-Dawn Meal):
Start with plain water, fruits, dry fruits, yogurt & coconut water for energy.
Skip fried foods, tea/coffee, or citrus to prevent dehydration.During the Fast:
Rest up, avoid heavy activities. If liquids are okay, sip fresh juices & coconut water!Breaking the Fast:
Sip room-temp water first, wait 10-15 mins, then enjoy a light salad before your meal.Post-Fast Dinner:
