" very rare HIRAYAMA DISEASE diagnosed at new trupti hospital"
21 Male came to opd in our hospital on 26th January, he has left hand atropy and weakness noticed since last two year, it was very slowly increasing. Patient was clinically evaluated and strongly suspected as hirayama disease so MRI of cervico-dorsal spine was done on the same day which also suggested same.it is very hard to suspect such rare disease clinically and come to accurate diagnosis of these kind of rare diseases.

A steel foreign body removed from chest wall of 25 yr old male factory worker under IRTV guidance. Foreign body was deep in chest wall. 6 stitches taken and bleeding contolled locally. Pt better now. At New Trupti Hospital
