We have 2nd heart! Yes our Calf muscles act as 2nd heart and help to maintain Good Blood Circulation by pumping Blood back to the heart.
Calf raises improve heart functions and prevent many blood clot related complications.
Do them regularly and keep your Heart Healthy 😊

Balance is the key!
When young and enthusiastic people fill up the room with energy!
Be a computer Athlete that's what I wish them and teach them don't let long working hours on computer drain or harm you physically.
How to prevent the discomfort and pain that results because of the prolonged sitting or faulty posture.
Ergonomics and Posture Correction can save you from many advanced conditions if you focus on prevention at an early age.
Hidden Brains know the value of their employee's health and I thank them for giving me this opportunity to guide them.

Are you skipping strength training?
Walking and Yoga definitely help to improve Cardio pulmonary stamina and flexibility. What about strength?Adding strength training to your routine can improve your joint and muscles health and prevent age related issues.

We all use laptop and mobile phones for long hours nowadays and most often Neckpain and Backpain are the result of poor working postures.. If ignored for longer duration, it affects Joints and Muscles and leads to Stiffness, Weakness and Pain.
