Get 7–8 hours for better hormones, muscle repair & overall health.

2️⃣ Hydrate like an athlete

Remember — optimal performance starts well before you hit the start line. Fuel smart, feel strong! 👊

⏰ 3–4 hrs prior:
High-carb meal + moderate fat/protein/fibre to top up glycogen stores.

⏰ 2–3 hrs prior:
🥤 70 mL beetroot juice for better blood flow + oxygen delivery.

⏰ 60 mins prior:
⚡ Caffeine (3–6 mg/kg) to boost alertness + reduce effort.

⏰ 30–60 mins prior:
High-carb snack (0.5–1 g/kg), low fibre/fat/protein.
