Extending the horizons for hybrid vascular surgery for complex Thoraco abdominal aortic aneurysm ( TAAA)-
60 year male with TAAA involving visceral arteries -SMA , and ending just above renal arteries
To cover this aneurysm with stent graft SMA and renal arteries need revascularization which was performed with open debranching followed by TEVAR .
