If you’re having trouble 🫥drifting off, you’re definitely not alone. “Up to a third of adults, at some point in time, have trouble with sleep and insomnia,” says functional medicine specialist, MD🧑‍⚕️. Meditation is an excellent tactic for calming your mind and priming your body for sleep.

Sleep meditation is a practice that helps prepare your body and mind for sleep. Recipe for making
-Roast rajgira aata in a pan for 2 min on low flame
- ⁠Shift rajgira atta in bowl now add bottle gourd with all mentioned spices and squeeze lemon
- Let atta set for 10 min
- ⁠Then add scrambled paneer in to atta mix, knead the dough well with 1 tsp on oil
- ⁠now make roti like round shape of it in small size only
- ⁠cook it on both sides on low flame with some oil or ghee
- ⁠Enjoy it with homemade green chutney
