So, what’s the magic of my Clarion Voice?

26 years ago, I lost my natural voice. Cancer took it away, leaving behind a silence I thought would never speak again. But life had other plans.

Fast forward to today, I stand among the top 500 speakers out of 300,000—a milestone that feels surreal. Success, they say, breeds success. But my journey wasn’t about competing; it was about creating meaning in the silence.

The real magic of my voice, however, isn’t in the accolades. It’s in the moments that truly matter.

Like when I call a busy cancer specialist—a doctor with a packed schedule and endless responsibilities. I call not for myself, but for someone else. A fellow fighter. A survivor. A patient whose life is hanging by a thread of hope.

And every time, I hear the same words: "Of course, I’ll help. Just send them over."

It’s in these moments I realize what my purpose has become. I can’t be a doctor in this life, but that doesn’t stop me from doing my bit. I speak to inspire, yes, but also to act—to connect patients to early diagnoses and timely treatments, to help them navigate a battle they never chose.

I often reflect on how far I’ve come—not just as a speaker but as a bridge between fear and hope, despair and survival. The magic of my voice lies not in its sound but in its ability to create ripples of change.

This is my story.

My magic.

A voice that refuses to be silenced.

A voice for others.

A voice for life.

For years, I’ve been on the other side of the conversation—interviewing some of the most incredible cancer specialists, hearing their stories, and sharing their expertise with the world.

But this Thursday, November 28th, at 7:00 PM IST, the tables will turn. This time, a Head and Neck Cancer Surgeon, Dr. Sanchit Bajpai will interview me.

It’s a surreal and humbling moment.

To have someone of such distinguished stature take an interest in my journey feels like a full-circle moment in my mission to spread awareness around cancer.

27 years ago, my world fell silent. Stage 4 vocal cord cancer didn’t just take away my natural voice; it forced me to redefine what it means to truly communicate. The journey wasn’t easy—there were moments of doubt, isolation, and frustration. But there was also resilience, reinvention, and hope.

Today, I use my electrolarynx not just to speak, but to roar—sharing stories that resonate with strength, not sound.

This webinar, “The Sound of Silence,” supported by collaborators like , ISO , Indian Cancer Society, Delhi, and Global Speakers Federation (GGAF) USA, India, , Student Network OrganizationIndia, Indian Medical Association, etc. is about more than my story.

It’s about the resilience we all carry to rise above life’s challenges.

Join us for this special session as we explore:

1. What it truly means to find your voice in silence.
2. How to transform adversity into purpose.
3. And how, together, we can inspire hope and strength in one another.
4. An opportunity for the Cancer specialists to believe in their skills further.

Highly recommended for cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers

Let’s connect, inspire, and remind each other that even in silence, there is strength.

1997- I lost my voice to cancer

December 1997- My new voice was rejected..

2024- 100,000+ lives impacted globally

Cancer took my voice.

The familiar sound I’d known all my life was gone, replaced by something new, something I had to learn to accept.

It wasn’t easy. In December of that year, I spoke in public for the first time with my new voice… and it was rejected.

I remember the looks, the whispers.

It felt like the world had turned its back on me.

But deep inside, that rejection sparked something else—a fire, a determination.

I knew, even then, that giving up was never an option. Over the years, that fire fueled me through some of the darkest moments.

I embraced my loss, not as a defeat but as a new beginning. I accepted my differently enabled voice, not as a disability but as a gift.

This was my chance to turn life 2.0 into something extraordinary.

Fast forward to 2024—thousands of miles traveled, 100,000+ lives touched.

What started as my greatest challenge became my greatest strength.

My voice, once rejected, is now my identity. It’s what makes me stand out. And once I speak to someone, I don’t have to reintroduce myself—they remember.

On September 5th, this Teacher’s Day, I renewed my vows—not just to survive, but to thrive.

I promised myself that I’d keep going, keep sharing, and keep helping others get past their own obstacles.

Life 2.0 isn’t just about me anymore. It’s about lifting others, showing them that even when life seems impossible, there’s always a way forward.

Cancer may have taken my voice, but it never touched my spirit. And now, I use that voice to remind everyone I meet that their struggles, too, can be turned into strength.

If I can do it, so can you.

Here's to the next chapter—a life of purpose, passion, and perseverance.

As we approach the holiday season, I wanted to share a powerful quote from Winston Churchill that I find particularly relevant during this time of year.

He said, "Success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts."

This quote embodies the spirit of resilience and determination that we should all strive for in our personal and professional lives. Whether we're facing challenges or celebrating our successes, it's the courage to keep going that truly makes a difference.

As a life coach and motivational speaker, I'm excited to announce that I'll be available for speaking engagements in London "this holiday season". Whether you're looking to boost your team's morale or CEO wants to reflect on the year ahead, I'd be honoured to join your organisation and help you achieve your goals.

To all my friends, and family, I wish you a joyous and prosperous holiday season and a Happy New Year.

May the spirit of courage and determination guide us all in the new year ahead.

🌟 Celebrating 27 Years of Transformation 🚀

As I stand here today, on the threshold of my 27th year, it fills me with immense gratitude and a sense of awe. 🎉

From the whispers of a speaker, leader, and life transformer to anchoring my journey with Clarion Voice & Sound, it's been an incredible voyage of discovery, growth, and purpose. 🎤🌱

I embarked on this journey on September 5th, 1997, and it has been nothing short of a Redefined Life 2.0. 🌟

Each day has been a testament to the power of resilience, learning, and transformation. I've had the privilege of meeting amazing individuals, sharing profound insights, and impacting lives. 🙏

As I embrace this new chapter, I'm excited about the limitless possibilities ahead. I want to thank Dr Kaustubh Patel for being my saviour and he was the one who had advised me to use an electrolarynx.

Thank you to each one of you who has been a part of this journey. Your support, inspiration, and collaboration have made it all possible. Let's continue to make each day count as we shape a brighter future together.

Here's to the next 27 years and beyond!
