The magical nine nights of Navratri are starting today and we wish you and your loved ones healthy living. 🤗

Fasting during these 9 days is common. It is done following the beliefs regarding the worship of goddesses. Lots of garba on an empty stomach can result in unconsciousness which is why we recommend you to take necessary food that is allowed during fasting, to keep you going all night long.

The sleep schedule is also disturbed highly. So, rest well, and manage to get at least 8 hours of sleep. Keep yourself hydrated so that you don’t round off while going round and round.

And in the end, have a wonderful time. 🕺💃
