Why is it so hard to see our own truth?

This question strikes at the heart of personal growth.

We often hide from our truth because facing it feels raw, uncomfortable, even scary.

It’s easier to stay in denial, wrapped in the comfort of ego or lost in the fantasies we create to shield ourselves.

But here’s the thing, living inauthentically is like building a house on sand. It may hold up for a while, but eventually, it crumbles.

Embracing your truth takes courage. It means looking in the mirror and owning every part of you, the strengths, the flaws, the dreams, the fears. It’s not about perfection; it’s about authenticity.
