“I took nutrition guidance from Dr. Liza Shah during my second pregnancy. In my first pregnancy, I lacked awareness about what to eat and what to avoid, which led to excessive weight gain—almost 27 kg—and an unhealthy BMI. I also developed gestational hypertension and had to take blood pressure medication in my third trimester.

For my second pregnancy, on my mother’s suggestion, I consulted Dr. Liza Shah to gain proper knowledge about balanced nutrition during pregnancy. With the right guidance, I gained only 18 kg, maintained a healthy BMI throughout, did not require any blood pressure medication, and delivered a baby with a very healthy weight.

Because of proper nutrition, my breastfeeding started quickly and with sufficient supply. Dr. Liza Shah was always available, understanding my busy schedule with a job and a toddler. The level of care, guidance, and support she provided is truly unbelievable.
