Saragi Recipe โ€“ A Sweet Treat for Karwa Chauth!

Ingredients:
๐Ÿ”น 4 cups skimmed milk ๐Ÿฅ›
๐Ÿ”น 2 tsp sugar (optional) ๐Ÿฅ„
๐Ÿ”น 3โ€“4 tbsp vanilla custard powder ๐Ÿฎ
๐Ÿ”น 2 tbsp oats powder ๐ŸŒพ
๐Ÿ”น A few drops of vanilla essence ๐ŸŒผ

Instructions:
1๏ธโƒฃ Dissolve custard powder in ยฝ cup water.
2๏ธโƒฃ Slowly add to boiling milk, stirring continuously until thickened.
3๏ธโƒฃ Let it simmer while stirring gently.
4๏ธโƒฃ Turn off the heat, add oat powder, and let it rest for 2โ€“3 hours.
5๏ธโƒฃ Once it begins to set, mould into small bowls. Refrigerate 4โ€“5 hours.
6๏ธโƒฃ De-mould, drizzle with chocolate syrup, garnish, and enjoy! ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ

๐Ÿซ Chocolate Sauce Recipe:
Ingredients:
๐Ÿ”น 70% dark chocolate (as per choice) ๐Ÿซ
๐Ÿ”น ยฝ cup milk ๐Ÿฅ›

Instructions:
1๏ธโƒฃ Boil milk.
2๏ธโƒฃ Add chocolate pieces, stir until melted and smooth.
3๏ธโƒฃ Done! Perfect to pour over your saragi! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

This Karwa Chauth break your fast with these healthy and yummy recipes!
Rasgulla will keep your acidity away and give instant energy. Tasty Paneer Tikka will give you namkeen bites and fill your stomach.
Fat Free Yummy Rasgullas:

2 Litre fat free milk
4 cups water
โ…“ cup vinegar + โ…“ cup water
1+ยฝ cups sugar

Boil milk. Switch off the gas and add water+vinegar mixture.
Let milk curdle.
Cover for 10-15 minutes.
Take out paneer in thin muslin cloth.
Wash the paneer with the cloth in cold water.
Take out all the water.
Knead the paneer well, at least for 10 minutes.
Make small 24 balls from this paneer.
In a pressure cooker, put 4 cups of water to boil.
Add 1+ยฝ cups sugar when water start boiling, add the paneer balls.
Cover the cooker and cook till 2 whistles.
Let it cool down and your low fat rasgullas are ready to eat.
You can have these RASGULLAS as dinner with 2-3 fruits once in a week.
So, ENJOY EATING!!

Paneer Tikka:

Take skim milk paneer.
With paneer, you can also take cauliflower soaked in salt and steamed.
Prepare marinate by mixing curd,Tandoori Chicken masala, crushed garlic,and salt (as per your taste).
Soak paneer, cauliflower, onion, and tomato pieces in prepared marinate.
Let it soak for 3-4 hours.
Arrange in a baking tray and bake them in an oven.

Light, spongy, and full of flavor โ€“ Farali Dhokla made with Barnyard Millet (Moriyo / Sama ke Chawal).
A wholesome, gluten-free delicacy thatโ€™s perfect for vrat days! ๐ŸŒพโœจ

Ingredients:

๐ŸŒพ Moriyo / Sama ke Chawal
๐Ÿฅ› Curd
๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Gingerโ€“Chilli Paste
๐Ÿง‚ Sendha Namak
๐Ÿฅค Cooking Soda
๐Ÿฅ„ Oil (for tadka)
๐Ÿƒ Curry Leaves
๐ŸŒฐ Mustard Seeds

Method:

1๏ธโƒฃ Soak sama ke chawal in curd for 3โ€“4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
2๏ธโƒฃ Grind into a smooth, creamy batter of dropping consistency.
3๏ธโƒฃ Add sendha namak, gingerโ€“chilli paste, and cooking soda. Beat well to incorporate air.
4๏ธโƒฃ Grease a plate, pour the batter, and steam for 12โ€“15 mins (till knife comes out clean).
5๏ธโƒฃ Prepare tadka with oil, mustard seeds, and curry leaves; pour over dhokla.

โœจ Serve hot with vrat-friendly green chutney. ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ˜‹
