Happy to share with you a case of double vision (diplopia) after injury ( one and a half month) in a patient .the patient was very much disturbed by the double vision considering his young age(mid 30’s) .surgery was performed with subtarsal incision, exposure of floor of orbit ,tarsorraphy , elevation of eye globe and placement of titanium mesh .normal vision was restored in the patient to his contentment.
