We change our apparels, smartphones and other accessories according to the fashion trends. We change our outer environment to keep up with the latest Style. It’s time we do the same for our LifeStyle. We in India follow the age old diet everyday at our homes. We follow the age old routines of exercises and fitness. We follow the old routines of our psychological mess, which creates stress, anxiety and eventually Dis-Ease.
