Education is a blessing in many ways. Health education is empowering tool to lead healthier life. Knowing how body works? How mind works? How feelings and emotions affect physical health? All such understanding empowers youth to look at life and situations differently. Taking them through virtual tour of emotions and guiding them as happiness navigator is something I like as much as doing complex surgeries in the operation theater! It was a Saturday morning well spent with them at
Planting seeds of happiness matters. Youth has tremendous power, they have also heir set of struggles… can we think of connecting to this generation with more love and less of labelling??? Like genzee is …. So and so! They do not understand the value etc. every generation has evolved by divine design so is this generation.
