Quarantine can teach us a lot, especially how to SLOW DOWN and enjoy the more 'mundane' aspects of life that maybe before we took for granted. I've been doing some self work this past few weeks.
I'm so thankful for the opportunity
đˇto go within,
đˇask myself some difficult questions, &
đˇsit with them until answers arose.
Times are tough, but each moment of turmoil can be absolutely graceful if we can learn to frame it the right way.
Itâs also an excellent opportunity to practice compassion and intimacy without being physically close. Can we be close to people in our hearts and minds when we canât touch them or see them in the flesh?
I hope that every living being is doing great & taking care of themselves & there family members, and that everyone manages to see some light and hope in the midst of all the chaos and confusion. Better to light fires than curse the darkness. Stay safe, peaceful and compassionate.
I feel great, I am thankful for everything & excited to keep evolving together. đ
