Dr. Kalrav Mistry – a leading and dynamic psychiatrist of Gujarat and esteemed partner at GIPS – was invited to the Terapanth Professional Forum Ahmedabad’s Doctor Talk Show held on September 27 at Preksha Viswa Bharti, Koba.

The event, focused on health and lifestyle, featured a distinguished panel:

Dr. Sanjay Rajput – Gastroenterology Specialist

Dr. Kalrav Mistry – Psychiatry Expert

The program witnessed an impressive turnout of over 800 Abhibhavak and the blessings of 12 Sadhus, creating a spiritually and intellectually enriching environment.

Dispelling common health myths with evidence-based insights

Practical guidance on diet, stress management, and mental well-being

Scientific discussion on traditional practices like Tapasya and Ratri Bhojan Tyag

Do’s and Don’ts for maintaining long-term health, emphasizing the importance of consulting experts

The talk show concluded with keynotes from Muni Shri Dr. Rajnish Kumarji and Mangal Path by Muni Shri Dr. Madan Kumarji.

*Terapanth Professional Forum Ahmedabad* successfully organized a highly informative and engaging " *Doctor Talk Show* " on September 27 at Preksha Viswa Bharti, Koba. The event was a significant gathering focused on health and lifestyle

The talk show featured a distinguished panel of medical professionals:

*Dr. Prathamesh Pai* : A renowned Cancer Surgeon.
*Dr. Sanjay Rajput* : A specialist in Gastroenterology.
*Dr. Kalrav Mistry* : An expert in Psychiatry.
*Dr. Amit Babal* and *Dr. Richa Khabya* acted as host

The event saw a massive turnout, with more than *800 Abhibhavak* along with the blessings and presence of *12 Sadhus* , which elevated the spiritual and intellectual atmosphere of the program.

The doctors presented their insights and patiently addressed numerous queries from the host and from audience. A key feature of the talk show was the speakers' approach—they were praised for taking all questions *very positive* and providing answers that were *very point to point and in layman language* ensuring accessibility and clarity for everyone present.

*Dispelling Cancer Myths:* Dr. Pai and others successfully cleared a lot of myths related to cancer, providing factual, evidence-based information.
*Diet and Stress Management:* The panel highlighted how diet plays a key role in our stress level, offering practical advice on nutritional choices to promote mental well-being.
*The Science of Traditional Practices:* A fascinating discussion took place on how our practices of *Tapasiya* are scientifically related to health and what needed to be taken care post tapasya
*Ratri Bhojan Tyag* :The doctors provided a strong medical endorsement, guiding the audience that the practice of Ratri Bhojan Tyag a deeply followed tradition, is very good for our body and we should follow it in our regular practice
*Do's and Dont's* : Doctors guided us what to do for health future and also insisted us not to become self doctor for key symptoms

*Conclusion and Acknowledgements*
The Program ended with the key note from *Muni Shri Dr. Rajnish Kumarji* and Mangal path from *Muni Shri Dr. Madan Kumarji* . The "Doctor Talk Show" was a "fantastic event,". Pranjul Lunkad was convenor for this talk show.
