Grateful to wish a very happy birthday to Dr. Nilesh Shah Sir.. A true gem in psychiatry.
Humble, warm, empathetic, always smiling, and endlessly approachable.
His practical, humorous teaching made psychiatry come alive, and what he taught has stayed with me and continues to guide my practice every day.
India is lucky to have such a teacher. I’m lucky to have learned from him.
And yes… still miss those panipuri moments. 😊🙏

Grateful to share that my name has now found a place in the India Book of Records.
It’s a small milestone, but it means a lot because it represents the collective effort of so many voices working towards creating awareness around mental health.

For me, recognitions are never the destination — they’re just reminders to keep walking the path with more sincerity. 🌱

✨ What a joy it was to spend an evening at the Townhall, Gandhinagar, with the bright students of IIIT-V and their parents, exploring the theme of Mind Management.

We laughed at memes, reflected on stories, and had honest conversations about:
💡 Stress & resilience
💡 Mental hygiene
💡 Overthinking & failure
💡 Building relationships & handling academic pressure

The hall was full, the energy was high, and the feedback warmed my heart. 🙏

If even one student walked out with a lighter mind and a stronger heart, the session was worth it. 🌱

I’m delighted to share my achievement of CBT training from NIMHANS!

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an effective therapy technique for dealing with mental health issues, negative thought patterns, emotional struggles and behavioral change.

Doing it from NIMHANS (Bangalore) digital academy, renowned for leading mental health research and training, is a matter of pride and excitement! 🤩

Looking forward to applying these learnings to practice and making a positive impact!

These interesting photos that you see are from the “Metamorphosis” retreat, organised by .ruhisatija at Aksa Beach, Madh Island.

It was a unique and profound mental health retreat that transformed lives. I feel grateful to have got a chance to deliver 3 sessions in the retreat on Resilience, Management of mental energy, How to process the survival response of trauma & anxiety, how to find your “why” in view of psychological needs and emotions etc.

It was very personal, intense & yet fun.

Just wrapped up an intense 3-day journey into the science of sleep at the National Sleep Medicine Course (NSMC) and National Sleep Technology Course (NSTC), organized by the Indian Society for Sleep Research in Goa! From deep dives into insomnia, circadian science, performance & sleep, and obstructive sleep apnea to hands-on training in polysomnography and the latest sleep technology, the experience was invaluable.

I’m proud to be a member of ISSR! Learning from India’s leading sleep experts & contributing to the advancement of sleep medicine was truly exciting. Connecting with top minds, sharing ideas, and discussing the latest research has strengthened my commitment to specializing in sleep and insomnia.

Here’s to a future where better sleep means better health for all. 💤
