Exploring new ways to move my body and so far it has been fun !
I attended the beautiful Aerial silk beginners workshop with and it taught me lot more besides the amazing movements, poses n techniques.
What it showed me:
- stepping out of my comfort zone
- letting go of control (for all the control freaks)
- learning to truly trust my body
- not rushing the process & relax into it
- getting present with my breath n awareness
- most importantly, having fun !
