Ayurvedic pitta shamak drink for summer -relieves burning sensation ,acidity,headache ,vertigo etc.

Recipe -soaked falsa-10gm 2 spoon
3-4 dates soaked,10 black raisins soaked
Half spoon rocksugar
One cup water crush n make juice
add one pinch edible camphor
N drink best for pitta disorders..
