Many a times, one small thing which started as enjoyment and occasional in frequency become grave addiction and leads to many unwanted consequences including physical, emotional, social , behavioral nd some times legal issues. It is always better to prevent the addiction but once you are addicted, one needs medical help to get rid of it

Childhood Depression.
Sometimes many parents feel that child does not have any stress.
"બચ્ચાં ઓ ને તો શેનું ટેન્શન હોય? એમને તો માં બાપ ના પૈસે લેહર જ કરવાનું હોય ને"
Please be aware and educated that child also has many stresses in their small world.
Most of the times child will not say that they are stressed but it will be reflected in their behavior or academics.
