Our future programming approaches include leadership and life skill strengthening, social actions and analysis, building capacities and leadership roles at multiple levels and facilitating dialogues and links between private, public and civil society. Our Programms :
-- Education: Education is the key to an empowered society. What happens when a country like India has over 3.5 million children on streets and majority of women face social inequality due to lack of education? Our education programme works with several Government run schools and NGOs across Gujarat to improve lives of Children and Women by providing them educational opportunities. We help Children complete primary education and provide academic support to enhance the quality of learning.
-- Skill Development: It is better to have skills and never use them, than not have them, and one day need them. Skill development and utilization of the skills are major concerns to our country. Skilled workforce of India is as low as 2%, which is much lower than other developing countries. Developing unique skills for Persons with Disabilities and Women is an important step to overcome poverty and generate employment. Our Skill development programs works with several skilled Voulanteers, professors and experts from different walks of life to improve skills of Women and Persons with disabilities by organizing skill development classes and seminars.
-- Employment: Unemployment is a serious social issue in India. Our Employment program works closely with several Small- Medium Industries, home industries and corporates to generate employment for skilled Women and Persons with Disabilities from marginalized communities of Gujarat.
