Head&neck onco surgery is as riskiest as any other aerosol forming surgery. Lot many steps need to be taken care. More &more efforts, lot physical exertion- life after Covid taught us many things.
To mention few-
Working with minimum necessary staff.
Working with maximum cover.( wearing 3m 6200 with P100 filter and HazMat goggles)
Avoiding aerosol forming gadgets.
Taking care of pt's expiratory air ( by putting outlet tube into 1% sodium hypochlorite solution!)
In short surgery in old golden era !!
But,
At the end worth taking efforts. Quit satisfactory # did something worth # life must restart @ learning new lessons.

સુચના ( કોરોના પેન્દેમિક ના અનુસંધાને OPD માં આવતાં દર્દીઓ માટે)

એપોઈન્ટમેન્ટ લઈ ને જ આવવું.

દર્દી સાથે ફક્ત ઍક સગાં ને જ આવવું.

માસ્ક પહરીને જ આવવું.

દર્દીઍ બોલાવ્યા પછીજ કંસ્લ્ટીઁગ રુમ માં આવવું.

કોઇ રિપોર્ટ કે અન્ય ફાઈલો સાથે રાખવી નહી. બધાં રિપોર્ટ તથા અન્ય ફાઈલો ના ફોટા પાડી મોબાઈલ માં રાખવાં.

શક્ય હોય તો હેન્ડ ગ્લોવ્ઝ પહેરવા.
