A patient presented with complaints of abdominal pain and severe burning sensation while urinating. The day prior to consultation, she experienced bloody urine, prompting her to visit the hospital. Following examination and investigation, findings revealed hydronephrosis due to an obstructive calculus of 10.4mm in the upper ureter, along with multiple stones in the right kidney. After receiving allopathic treatment, she visited my clinic, reporting pain during micturition, burning sensations throughout the day, and difficulty urinating, with symptoms worsening while walking. Subsequent follow-ups revealed clearance of multiple stones, and the patient expressed her gratitude, stating she felt significantly better.
