Step by Step BNI:
Elevated or raised bladder neck is a common cause of difficulty in passing urine in young adults. This condition is initially treated with medications but often, the desired results are not achieved on medicines.

For such patients, an ENDOSCOPIC, COMPLETELY SAFE procedure known as Bladder neck incision can be done. This procedure can be done using both monopolar as well as bipolar cauterisation. In this video, we are demonstrating Bipolar BNI. The procedure was performed by Dr Utsav Shah(Urologist).

En Bloc TURBT is a technique to remove entire tumor in-toto.

Bladder mass generally present with blood in urine. This is a case of a 76 yr old gentleman who had painless since 3 weeks. On evaluation a 21 x 16 mm right lateral wall mass was found. The entire tumor was resected in EN BLOC fashion and the specimen was sent for histopathological examination. Surgery was done by Uro-Oncologist Dr Utsav Shah.

Kidney cancer is a lethal disease: but if treated appropriately, it can be cured completely. The patient in the video presented to us with a tumor in the left kidney. At another hospital she was advised to undergo complete kidney removal. She came to us and we promised her to save the kidney.

We embarked upon the difficult mission of doing laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for her. The case went smoothly as described in the video and more importantly she recovered completely within 2 days.

Such is the magic of minimally invasive surgery. In good hands, technology can do wonders!
