Start your day right with these diabetic-friendly, high-protein breakfast options: 🥗

1. Besan Cheela with Green Coriander Chutney
2. Moong Dal Cheela with Coconut Chutney
3. Moong Sprouts with Chopped Onions & Tomatoes
4. Boiled Black Chana with Onions & Tomatoes
5. Hard-Boiled Eggs with a Side of Fresh Apple (in moderation)
6. Masala Omelette (2 Eggs) with Green Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes & Mushrooms
7. Paneer Bhurjee, 3/4 cup with a citrus fruit.
8. Sautéed Paneer with Vegetables
9. Chicken Sausages with Veggies
10. Salami with a Side Salad.

For added crunch and nutrients, include a small handful of almonds, cashews, or walnuts. Once a week, enjoy Onion or Tomato Uttapam or Dosa with Coconut Chutney.

Stress makes your hormones go haywire, slows down metabolism,ages brain cells, harms your gut microbiome, reduces immunity, just to mention the tip of the iceberg...there are so many problems which are directly or indirectly related to stress. Almost all chronic diseases,cancers, metabolic disorders, skin diseases, obesity are caused or aggravated by stress. Daily meditation of any kind, hobbies, laughter, spending quality time with family and friends, pranayam, yoga, etc can all help reducing stress.
