Chief Complaint: patient comes with a Ill fitting denture( Not made by me😜) since last 6 months.

Diagnosis is done using clinical Judgemet and xrays like OPG and CT- Scan of both the jaws

Treatment plan: 18 Basal implants

Day 1. 18 basal implants are placed and final impression is taken in rubber base material

Day2. Metal trial and bite is taken

Day3. Final cemetation of Ceramic prosthesis is done

Day4. Pt starts to eat😎
